Katie Williams
Katie is a compassionate and experienced counselor who has spent the past six years helping children, teens, and young adults navigate life’s challenges. For five years, she served as a Special Education School Counselor, providing support through academic, emotional, and social struggles. Over the past year, Katie has worked as a Diagnostician, gaining a deeper understanding of learning differences and how to tailor support to each individual’s unique strengths.
In her counseling work, Katie creates a warm, welcoming space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. She uses evidence-based strategies—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy—to help clients build coping skills, increase self-confidence, and work toward their personal goals. Katie is passionate about empowering others to see their own potential and believes that with the right support, everyone can create meaningful change in their lives.
