Heather Watson

MA, LPC-Supervisor

Life can bring seasons of uncertainty, loss, and change, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Heather Watson is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Approved Supervisor (LPC-S) with more than 23 years of experience helping adults overcome life’s challenges while discovering hope, healing, and lasting growth.

Heather works with adults ages 18 and older from all backgrounds and walks of life. She has extensive experience helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief and loss, addiction recovery, career and workplace challenges, spirituality, and personal growth. She also enjoys supporting clients as they navigate life’s transitions and develop healthier ways of coping and thriving.

Heather’s approach is compassionate, authentic, and collaborative. She believes meaningful change happens when people feel safe to be themselves, even while discussing life’s most difficult experiences. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, she meets each client where they are, drawing from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Existential Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and the 12-Step Recovery Model. Christian counseling is also available for clients who wish to incorporate their faith into the counseling process.

Heather’s goal is to help clients recognize they are capable of more healing, resilience, and personal growth than they may have imagined. She strives to create a space where every client feels understood, encouraged, and equipped with practical tools to face life’s challenges with greater confidence and hope.
